Do I need an app?
No. It’s a private web page that works in any browser, on your phone or your laptop.
How do I get in?
With your campaign’s private link and your 4-digit PIN, which comes by email when your campaign is confirmed. One PIN opens all your campaigns.
Do I have to enter the PIN every time?
No. Your browser stays signed in for 15 days after each visit.
How often do proofs come in?
It’s set for your campaign: weekly, fortnightly, three times a month or monthly. The tracker always shows when the next proofs are due.
Where does the information come from?
From photographs and reports our field team files at each site. Every status on the tracker comes from those.
What happens if a board has a problem?
You’ll see it marked as being put right, and the fix arrives with photographs.
Who can see my tracker?
Only the people named on your account. The PIN is shared with them alone, and it opens your campaigns and nothing else.
What happens when the campaign ends?
The tracker stays open as the final record, with every photo ready to download.
